Welcome! Transformational Ministry is designed to assist prisoners preparing for re-entry and then connect them with a Community of Care as they are released from prison. Memphis' Community of Care, called the Memphis Transformation Network, is a coalition of churches, government agencies, faith-based and secular organizations, and individuals which network in order to provide services that will radically impact the lives of pre-release inmates, re-entrants, and their families. Using time tested and outcome based curriculum and the most comprehensively trained staff and volunteers, Transformational Ministry stands to make a lasting impact on our city and in the lives of thousands of individuals. The goal is threefold: Reduce Recidivism - Reduce Crime - Reduce the Tax Burden To find out how you and your church, business, or other organization can work with MTN to transform Memphis, contact Aimee Vance, Tennessee Field Director of Prison Fellowship.
